Wicked
I just saw wicked the broadway musical last week. I highly recommend it. The music was great. The story was very clever. I give it an all around thumbs up. Don't miss it!

I'm watching that musical this coming Wednesday. I'm so EXCITED!
I have to say I disagree. Maybe because I'd seen clips of the only good song before i even saw it my expectations were raised. Maybe because I had read the book and found it dense and challenging and fabulous the musical just fell a little flat for me.
Don't get me wrong it looks AMAZING and the woman playend Elphaba was sensational but the songs are pretty average and there's too much story for a musical. It's not frivolous enough.
It's worth seeing, true but it's just not "all that".
